Order very well packed! I was delighted, everything was packed one by one. On the other hand, during black friday it was complicated to see and validate the basket, the site had "beug", which generated a double payment for me. Reactivity of customer service was a bit long (15 days to get the refund) But everything ended well because I received my refund.

The only downside would be concerning the tracking of the order at the outset where it is very difficult to know where the order is. I only had access to the tracking 8 days after the day of payment, but after that I had access to the tracking and everything went smoothly.

Our carrier normally has to sign for each parcel. This is unacceptable and we are making a note of it so that we can pass on the information to La Poste. 3. Concerning the replaced product, we have tried to provide a response that is as quick as possible for the shipment of your package. The parcels apparently arrived in good condition. I didn't see them as they were a gift. However, it's a shame that the truffles (out of stock) were replaced by a lollipop. Not great for grandparents.
