Big delay in delivery, zero feedback from customer service despite several reminders.

The goods arrived at my house in good condition, until the delivery driver decided to put the parcel over my gate, which is over 2 m high. No need to mesh, the chocolate was in crumbs. Of course it was. I notified Mathilde's counter by e-mail, followed up several times and got no response. The delivery took place on December 18, and all my chocolate gifts had to be redone... To this day, I still haven't had a reply from the comptoir de Mathilde customer service department. On the other hand, I'm bombarded with advertising emails every day. So no, it's not a mistake on their part, since the chocolate was fine until then, but the lack of response on their part is extremely unpleasant. I still placed two orders for a total of around €200, which for me is a substantial sum. I expected a little more attention from the supplier. I've been in this situation before and the supplier apologized for the inconvenience, and at the very least returned or refunded the goods.

Hello, your products are great, but my package was damaged and I'm waiting for a return from your customer service department because there was a lot of breakage.

The chocolate is as good as ever. The only drawback is that it arrived broken, but I don't think it was during transport as the box was really well wrapped. Too bad it was a gift!

2 out of 3 plates arrived broken

I thought the squares of chocolate were much bigger, as well as the tiny ballotin of feuilletine chocolate, which is really tiny for about 8€. I'm not sure about the hot chocolate lollipops or the chocolate spread. Rather quick delivery.

The order was fine, but I had a lot of problems with the delivery with your service provider, whom I wouldn't recommend at all!

Ordered a broken tablet, arrived already broken...

Received the package with a broken jar of baba au rhum caramel. I made a complaint to customer service: no response...

A glass can that had been opened. Straight to the garbage can. I didn't want to make a complaint, but I was disappointed.

The products corresponded to my order, but the spread box was torn off and so the jars were loose, one of which had leaked.

Satisfied but too bad there wasn't the little gourmet surprise indicated at 75 e for my order of 85.50e.

A little disappointed because there was supposed to be a gourmet surprise for my purchase and in the end it wasn't inside the parcel.

The products are good but I had a problem with a product I received that was broken. I haven't had any feedback from customer service despite a message for 3 weeks and a call. It's a real shame for good products that customer service isn't up to scratch.

The order was as expected and the parcel was very well cared for in terms of transport and successful delivery.

The chocolate arrived broken in the parcel. No response via the customer account or via the e-mail address supplied in the parcel. At almost €20 each, you'd expect a response. If I add to that the fact that the parcel delivery address was changed by their carrier without my agreement, the experience is more than mixed.

One of the plastics on the chocolate boxes was open, so the chocolates were in the air... I can't offer that, so I had to buy new ones.

Hello, your products are very good, but the delivery is deplorable and very slow!

I had a very mixed experience because I received someone else's parcel. After numerous calls to customer service (difficult to reach), I received my parcel 2.5 weeks after placing my order (I thought I wouldn't get it in time). The products were very well packaged. Contrary to what the website says, I didn't get a "gourmet surprise" despite having spent over 75 euros!

The order was incomplete and 6 products were missing. It took several reminders for the remainder to be dispatched. The products were corporate gifts and the missing items arrived just in time for distribution, which was stressful.

I received a damaged parcel, broken chocolate when I was supposed to give it as a present and no response from customer service, disappointed I had to change my present .....

Unable to select in-store delivery. I had to pay for delivery.

3 of the chocolates I bought arrived broken into several pieces, making them impossible to give as gifts. I emailed customer service about ten days ago, and got no response from them.

I have contacted you 3 times (3 emails) for a defective item that spilled in the package and never a response from you that's a shame!

A chocolate bar arrived broken, customer service did not respond to my request.

My order arrived with broken chocolate elements, plus a gift was offered from the 75€ I got nothing in my parcel even though I spent 77€. I sent them an e-mail to let them know, but never got a reply.

Calendars don't fit, all the chocolates have fallen off. Contacted customer service, comment left unanswered. I am disappointed with my order

The 3 chocolate plates arrived broken. I sent an email to customer service and I still haven't heard anything back. Quite disappointed.

The vegetable spreads are too liquid and the jars are not filled.
