Unfortunately I'm quite unhappy with the delivery of my order. It was delivered to a relay point, then sent back to the sender after just 7 days, with no prior warning of this very short delay, nor of the need to pick it up before a certain date (compared to other experiences). Once the parcel had been sent back, I had to pay delivery charges again, which I already found onerous, only to have them delivered a second time at a time when my presence was mandatory, without checking whether I could make myself available, or offering to postpone the date if I couldn't be there. So I had to ask an acquaintance to collect the parcel for me... The customer service I was in contact with gave me no explanation, and made no gesture. I really don't recommend

This means that your parcel had been at the collection point for 10 days. A second email was also sent to you on 18/01/2021. On 20/01, we resent your parcel so that you don't have to wait too long for it, following this first little inconvenience. We sincerely regret and understand your dissatisfaction.
