I know the products well and they never disappoint, they're very good, but I was disappointed with the delivery service because there was an error in the delivery address. It was an order for the Easter holidays, and the order arrived at my home instead of my daughter's, who will be waiting for her chocolates for quite a while given the confined conditions!The error must have occurred when I placed the order, although I had taken the option of 2 different billing and delivery addresses, and despite this, mine (the billing address) was used for delivery! I noticed the error when I checked my e-mail, and I sent 2 letters asking for a correction to be made before the parcel was dispatched... but I'm still waiting for a reply or a sign from the service... Anyway, the parcel has arrived at my house, and I think I'll be able to offer the chocolates for Pentecost if the lockdown is lifted by then....what a shame!

Hello Mrs BASDEVANT, During this period of confinement, the delivery times offered by all carriers may vary. Since the confinement, La Poste has extended its lead times from 3 to 10 days. On our website, when you placed your order on April 2, 2020, an information concerning Easter delivery was put in place. We informed you that Easter delivery was no longer guaranteed.
