Hello Mrs BASDEVANT, During this period of confinement, the delivery times offered by all carriers may vary. Since the confinement, La Poste has extended its lead times from 3 to 10 days. On our website, when you placed your order on April 2, 2020, an information concerning Easter delivery was put in place. We informed you that Easter delivery was no longer guaranteed. A week's delivery can, during the year, seem very long, nevertheless these are more or less normal delays in these times. We are sincerely sorry that your order did not arrive on time.
