The order arrived without damage but I found that there was not much information. There were a few days after my order where I had no information about the status of my order, I even thought they had forgotten to prepare my package. But about a week later I received a shipping email for the package. It would be nice if we were informed if the order is indeed being prepared so that we know where it stands.

Very well packaged, very satisfied. Except for the transport, a signature is required when you are not present, so the package was left in a restaurant without my consent, not happy about that.
