I am quite satisfied with my order. The only problem I encountered is that the 2 chocolate bars I ordered melted during the journey despite the insulation bags. I am aware that with the high temperatures, Le comptoir de Mathilde did what they could.

Package delivered on a hot Monday morning so chocolate completely melted... however, customer service very quick and responsive. Email at 8 AM refunded at 11 AM the same day so good...

Very fast shipping. A bit disappointed by the quality of the chocolate, we have a hard time distinguishing the different flavors, it's a shame. Nice packaging for Mother's Day.

"Being written 'the winter' I bought it to give and on the package and the cup from the site photo there was nowhere written 'Christmas'. I received a green cup with a tree (not the red one from the photo with a star) with the inscription 'Christmas'. How to give a 'Christmas' gift at the end of January? The description and the photo from the site do not match and are not explicit. I would not have taken it if there were 2 models in the photo to play the lottery which (red or green) I would receive and I would have chosen another tea kit model from another site.

Once the order is placed, the delivery service no longer responds to customer messages, which I find regrettable. Moreover, the question asked was very important as it concerned the delivery address. However, the package did arrive on time and at the correct location, but the influx of customers during the holiday season should not affect the quality of service in any way, which is a pity.....

Products damaged in the box whereas it was for a gift. The aesthetics were not there for some products. I still give 3 instead of 5. I know your products are of quality nutritionally speaking and taste-wise. The 2 points deducted are attributed to the packaging or damaged products. I took photos of this
