The order was a gift, and I chose home delivery, but the deliveryman couldn't find the apartment and the person had to collect the parcel from a relay. It's a shame you can't give the deliveryman a phone number. I paid for home delivery, but it's a shame we ended up using the relay solution.

The site is correct, could be more structured by categories (black, milk, filled, etc. ...). Delivery is neat, but I find shipping costs too high, whatever the amount of the order, a commercial gesture could be made in this area. Fast delivery. During a previous order, the box arrived wet, one of the jars had been broken. This problem was solved without any complications and I received a new parcel very quickly.
On the other hand, I would appreciate it if customer loyalty were recognized by sending a discount coupon from time to time!
