products as advertised on the site, very good quality. Dispatch of the parcel within a reasonable timeframe, with the unfortunate exception of the occasional broken pot due to faulty packaging, which was immediately replaced by the counter, which was perfectly correct in this respect.

A small problem with the delivery, which was very well rectified thanks to the top-notch after-sales service. The quality is there, but for the advent calendar it would have been nice if the chocolates had been wrapped to keep them in perfect condition.
