Hello, I was very disappointed regarding my penultimate order because the delivery times were really long. Usually, it goes much better. Nevertheless, it did not prevent me from placing another order.
The package arrived damaged and one glass out of four was missing. I reported the damaged package, but have not yet received a response or a replacement.
"Being written 'the winter' I bought it to give and on the package and the cup from the site photo there was nowhere written 'Christmas'. I received a green cup with a tree (not the red one from the photo with a star) with the inscription 'Christmas'. How to give a 'Christmas' gift at the end of January? The description and the photo from the site do not match and are not explicit. I would not have taken it if there were 2 models in the photo to play the lottery which (red or green) I would receive and I would have chosen another tea kit model from another site.
Flavors shared on the different products, is it possible to give pairing ideas for savory or sweet products? Very good jam but too sweet.
Products damaged in the box whereas it was for a gift. The aesthetics were not there for some products. I still give 3 instead of 5. I know your products are of quality nutritionally speaking and taste-wise. The 2 points deducted are attributed to the packaging or damaged products. I took photos of this
Your contact person is great and helps us a lot less happy about the delivery I had requested to my home as I cannot move being sick it was delivered to a relay that's why I give it an average
A nice order, too bad we didn't even get a little chocolate as a gift.
Very long delivery but top products
Very well packaged and the spreads are always delicious. The package was not delivered to my home as agreed but to a pickme relay, a very unpleasant surprise even though the manager of this relay received me very well.
I just asked for paper bags for gifts, and I was refused.
The tea ordered no longer tastes the same as last year
With the transport everything was really in disorder in the gift box I ordered 2 boxes with 2 cards and I only received one card

Fast shipping, as I ordered advent calendars, we have not yet had the pleasure of tasting them. However, I was supposed to receive a gift for my first order but I did not get it.

Yes and no. My order included a Texan appetizer. I realize that you have changed the recipe in the meantime (for a few years). It's no longer the same. Disappointed.

Having been a fan of the brand for several years, my last online purchase went very badly... damaged order, not received by the pickup point... and very, very complicated to get in touch with customer service (15 calls and 4 emails before reaching someone...) the package was finally returned with almost 2 weeks delay. Too bad!
It took 5 days to deliver a package even though the address is 15 minutes by car from the nearest store. The gift was for Father's Day... it was received the next day... Best regards,
This is in no way a problem with the Comptoir de Mathilde but with its deliveries via DPD: due to the failure to organize the routes according to the opening hours of the pickup points, the package is marked as unable to be delivered because the pickup point is closed. Day after day they are able to attempt delivery without ever succeeding. When you call customer service, the only response is that the hours do not allow for delivery; at no point do you receive a message to indicate the situation and you can wait a long time! The only solution proposed after several calls is to deliver to another pickup point that is less convenient in terms of proximity, but open during wider hours. Second order at Le Comptoir de Mathilde and second disappointment with DPD; in the long run, this may discourage me from ordering from the counters.
Two chocolates from my order were broken
It was not obvious to put a different address between the order and delivery (it was a gift) the site always sent me back to the beginning and I had to re-enter my information
The products seem fine but we haven't tested them.
I am very satisfied with your chocolates but I hope you will no longer use DPD... when there is a dead end, the delivery person does not go there to avoid damaging his truck! and does not leave a delivery notice..

The products from Mathilde's counter are very good, however, 2 jars were no longer sterilized when we opened them. I noticed the first one right away because it was leaking, the second one was during use and only one was refunded to me.
Chocolate was unfortunately broken/damaged
The mixture in the pepper shaker with the salt and herbes de Provence blend does not mix well.

2 items arrived broken. Obliged to claim. Replacement items arrived quickly and very (over) packed.

Packages received very late because payment was not updated correctly on the site. Customer service unreachable for 4 days. After that the parcel was whole...
Controls arrive twice broken. Even though they were replaced. The chocolates were a gift. Replacement arrived too late.
Good products, but one jar was not watertight liquid leaked into the box.
