Good quality!
Problem with my order which had not been created by the system, very friendly team who sorted it out quickly. The parcel then arrived quickly, and each product was individually wrapped in at least 3 layers of special paper! No risk of breakage. I recommend LeComptoirdeMathilde.
I had trouble validating my order during black friday. Probably due to site saturation, which needs to be reviewed.
Disappointed not to have found the articles in real stores as before, but the sending was neat and fast. No breakage and received before Christmas

Everything was top-notch, in terms of speed of delivery, ease of ordering on the site and product quality. The only downside is the industrial quantity of protective packaging and the size of the box in relation to the contents. It's disproportionate. Nothing could break, that's for sure ^^.

Order very well packed! I was delighted, everything was packed one by one. On the other hand, during black friday it was complicated to see and validate the basket, the site had "beug", which generated a double payment for me. Reactivity of customer service was a bit long (15 days to get the refund) But everything ended well because I received my refund.
