Everything was very well packaged, so top notch. And I already know the products, which are absolutely delicious!
For an order placed in the middle of December, with the pandemic and the number of orders the retailer was able to receive, I found the delivery time to be very good. The quality of the individual packaging for each product ordered was perfect, and I'd definitely recommend it!
The prices are very expensive! I always wait for special offers to order, otherwise it's way too expensive for me.
The order was delivered fairly quickly and was complete with quality products. The only downside was that one of the box lids was completely torn, which is a shame when you're giving it as a gift.
I am very satisfied with my order. The only downside would be concerning the tracking of the order at the outset where it is very difficult to know where the order is. I only had access to the tracking 8 days after the day of payment, but after that I had access to the tracking and everything went smoothly.

An item from my order (a box of truffles) was replaced by a chocolate lollipop ... I'd have preferred a refund for the missing item, or an e-mail to inform me of the unexpected stock shortage.
