The order arrived very quickly but despite impeccable packaging a mug arrived with a broken handle. After a complaint with a photo, the product was quickly replaced.

Hello, order received, I have not yet consumed so I can not give any other opinion.
Navigation on the site is very easy. On the other hand, I waited 3 weeks for my delivery, having sent an e-mail and phoned the head office. Some products arrived broken, the pre-emption dates are mid-January, and above all my order did not correspond to the products ordered. The truffles I ordered turned out to be a chocolate lollipop, but the gift was for an adult.
Very good product, reception well packaged, but it remains a little expensive now that black friday is over ... Lower your prices so I can order again!
Varied choice of gifts. Slight difficulty in understanding how to have a gift delivered without the receiver receiving the bill paid by the giver... But we're getting there: the wording "my address" needs to be rectified. All that's needed is a better distinction between who pays (is billed) and who is the recipient (is delivered). Problem with my order which had not been created by the system, very friendly team who sorted it out quickly. The parcel then arrived quickly, and each product was individually wrapped in at least 3 layers of special paper! No risk of breakage. I recommend LeComptoirdeMathilde.

Everything was top-notch, in terms of speed of delivery, ease of ordering on the site and product quality. The only downside is the industrial quantity of protective packaging and the size of the box in relation to the contents. It's disproportionate. Nothing could break, that's for sure ^^.

Top delivery, very good products
The products delivered were very well packaged. And the comptoir de Mathilde products are always a great value! We are however very disappointed with the surprise.... very small given the order we placed, we regret not having made the order in installments. Such a shame.
The 2 tote bags had a strong musty smell. Otherwise I already know the products and like them a lot.
