Very disappointed, item missing, pot leaking (baba), I contacted customer service to be reimbursed for these two products no response, I also ordered a jute bag to put my items for a gift, the bag is unusable so it smells damp, unacceptable, I will never order again and I obviously do not recommend!!!!!
The products are very well protected in the parcel. Comptoir de Mathilde products are really a great idea for simple but refined gifts!

Order very well packed! I was delighted, everything was packed one by one. On the other hand, during black friday it was complicated to see and validate the basket, the site had "beug", which generated a double payment for me. Reactivity of customer service was a bit long (15 days to get the refund) But everything ended well because I received my refund.

Lots of Black Friday bugs and long shipping times
My order was split in two, part of which was sent to my old address and I didn't get my 2 free gifts. I sent several emails, the first of which was over a month old, and I haven't had any reply.
For an order placed in the middle of December, with the pandemic and the number of orders the retailer was able to receive, I found the delivery time to be very good. The quality of the individual packaging for each product ordered was perfect, and I'd definitely recommend it!
The prices are very expensive! I always wait for special offers to order, otherwise it's way too expensive for me.
Delivery too long, 14 days to receive my items
Delivery takes too long
My order arrived incomplete: 3 ORGANIC dried tomato and goat's cheese spreads are missing. There were supposed to be 4 and there are only 3. What's more, 1 out of 2 dried tomato and porcini delights arrived already opened and soiled the rest of the jars as everything was packed together. I sent an email to your customer service department on December 14th with photos and I haven't heard anything. I must admit I'm rather disappointed... Given that Christmas is coming up, I had to go and buy the 4 missing and damaged products in the store, without benefiting from the Black Friday discount on my initial order. I expect a return and refund from you as soon as possible, as well as a commercial gesture given the inconvenience caused.

The order was delivered fairly quickly and was complete with quality products. The only downside was that one of the box lids was completely torn, which is a shame when you're giving it as a gift.
I am very satisfied with my order. The only downside would be concerning the tracking of the order at the outset where it is very difficult to know where the order is. I only had access to the tracking 8 days after the day of payment, but after that I had access to the tracking and everything went smoothly.
