Following my order, the price of the honey was indicated at a reasonable price, but when I received it, it was no longer at the price indicated. After complaining, I only received one extra jar of honey, whereas you should have sold it to me at the price indicated online. Not very honest of you.....

Hello Chantal, I remember your complaint about the price of honey on our website. The price of the jar of honey displayed on the site was correct and the product sheet clearly indicated the weight of the jar, i.e. 250 g (via the "Ingredients" tab). Unfortunately, it turns out that the price per kilo displayed was wrong and was quickly corrected. We therefore decided to send you an extra jar and a totebag to compensate for the inconvenience. I didn't receive my entire order, although it was debited in full, so I reported it by email to customer service. But they have to be called back quite a few times before they reply. It's very mean not even to acknowledge receipt of customer emails. Especially when you're at fault. And not to reply until they call you back 8 days later!
