Everything is perfect except that there is no estimated delivery time.

I was a little disappointed to pay the shipping costs when I ordered and to receive an email the day after my order telling me that if I order from them the shipping costs are free. Who are they kidding?

Hello. I placed an order to make two gifts for two people at the same address. I found it regrettable that I could not design two separate boxes in a single order. The recipients received everything and had to dispatch the products to each other. In store, it is possible to design gift boxes with our own choices..... it would be nice to be able to do this on the site too. Thank you
