I think that the fact of indicating the name of the person in charge of the packaging on the parcel, so that he can be identified in the event of a problem, has meant that packaging is now much more rigorous than it used to be.
I had a very mixed experience because I received someone else's parcel. After numerous calls to customer service (difficult to reach), I received my parcel 2.5 weeks after placing my order (I thought I wouldn't get it in time). The products were very well packaged. Contrary to what the website says, I didn't get a "gourmet surprise" despite having spent over 75 euros!
The order was incomplete and 6 products were missing. It took several reminders for the remainder to be dispatched. The products were corporate gifts and the missing items arrived just in time for distribution, which was stressful.
I received a damaged parcel, broken chocolate when I was supposed to give it as a present and no response from customer service, disappointed I had to change my present .....

A chocolate bar arrived broken, customer service did not respond to my request.
I ordered a box + 2 products for a total of 80.26 EUR. First of all, the 10% welcome bonus was not applied. Secondly, the box was supposed to include a dark-colored mug, but in the end I received a red one, less pretty and moreover chipped. Finally, having exceeded the 75 EUR purchase, a gift was to be received, and I got nothing. I left a message on the site on 05/12/2024, today is 18/12/2024: no reply. I tried to call the after-sales service, but nobody answered. In short, very disappointed, I do not recommend at all. I hope the products will at least be good...

My order arrived with broken chocolate elements, plus a gift was offered from the 75€ I got nothing in my parcel even though I spent 77€. I sent them an e-mail to let them know, but never got a reply.

I placed an order on the last day of Black Friday. The site was very slow and I had to go back several times to put products in the basket and order ... What's more, I couldn't find the option of ordering in-store delivery, even though the site said you could.
I received the parcel with 2 of the 6 products totally inedible, as the honey had spilled in the box and the breadsticks were in crumbs. Despite 2 emails and a message on your platform, you seem to be turning a deaf ear to my request for a refund of these products and the shipping costs. Unacceptable
