I received the wrong order. Difficult to access customer service. Still waiting. At best, I won't get all the items I ordered. Very disappointed.

Hello, I placed my order on 02/12 and one of the jars was opened and some of the liquid leaked into the box, damaging a cardboard gift box. I still haven't had any feedback from the after-sales service, despite the file I sent with a photo.

The gift is much appreciated
Order placed on November 29th, received in less than a week on December 6th despite the extended delivery times announced. Unpleasant surprise when I opened the parcel, one item was broken (these things happen). I sent an e-mail to customer service on December 7 but no reply. I contacted customer service again on December 14 and to date there's still no news. Non-existent customer service.
