I ordered during Black Friday, and in an effort to get a surprise, I inflated my order to qualify. My package arrived with no surprise, because supposedly it's not compatible with the promotions. This is not explicitly stated on the site, which is misleading.
I've sent 3 emails with no reply. 6 items broken on receipt of parcel.

During an order, some items arrived broken. After a complaint, I'm still waiting for a replacement. Not sure it will happen for Christmas... A bit disappointed though. Also, I would have appreciated gift wrapping with my order.

Parcel received, with one article opened inside, all the other articles were sticky... I sent an email to the after-sales service more than a week ago and I haven't had any return.
