I'm a little disappointed by the advent calendar. I would have liked more variety in the terrines and tapenades and less mustard and pepper salts, which are certainly good but too present.
Expensive for what it is and empty box 13 (I hope it wasn't a joke ...)
2nd year ordering... first year 1 bottle broken. Returned with no problem. This year a package of confectionery arrived stale (it was for a Christmas hamper). I send an e-mail to customer service, who never reply, so I call after a week. The answer: they can't send me back the item in question because it's too late (December 10) and they're forcing me to get a refund... I gave them a 2nd chance but I'll never order from them again.
What a shame 2 calendars bought for 64€ and when opening the plastic film the calendars don't hold open on both sides and the chocolates fall out, the chocolates ended up in a bowl and the calendars in the garbage can, impossible to repair. I found myself looking like an idiot in front of my sister-in-law and my daughter, because it was a gift. Never again
I contacted you following a problem with the delivery of the products (a product arrived broken) and I never got a reply.
Le comptoir à Mathilde is not what it used to be! Incorrect order and order rectification 5 days later! Disastrous, calendar poorly assembled, several boxes missing and chocolates found in other boxes! I wouldn't recommend it again.
I had asked for a message to be written on a card but I didn't get anything in the parcel.

Very disappointed by this experience. I received my order 10 days ago, and when I opened it, a jar of Christmas spread was broken. I sent two emails and tried to contact them by phone about ten times, but got no answer. It's a real shame, especially as the order was for a gift this weekend. The lack of responsiveness and customer service is unacceptable.
My order gave me access to the "gourmet surprise". I was indeed very surprised to be offered a jar of spread equivalent to one or two teaspoons. For an order of over €100, I don't find this very commercial...
A jar of baba leaked into the box, so it wasn't watertight. The promised surprise was non-existent, just paper... Very long delivery time...
I have not received my order. The tracking says it was returned to sender but no one has contacted me. I've tried to contact the seller three times and had no response.
Bland products. Not worth the price paid. I'd advise against it.

Very disappointed with the quality/price ratio. At this price, you'd expect something delicious, more upmarket, but not at all. I bought squares of chocolate with speculos and caramel and you can't taste it, only the taste of the chocolate which reminds you of simple low-end chocolate. I also bought packets of marshmallows, the same thing... in short, I wouldn't buy again. You're paying more for the packaging than for the product you have to eat.
Terrible delivery. For future online purchases from your store, if DPD is responsible for delivery, the order will not be processed.

The €50 gift was missing
Nothing to complain about when placing an order, except when you want to make a gift, it's complicated, especially for delivery! I had to do it twice and I had to contact Mathilde's counter without being able to get in touch with the GLS delivery person.

If I can recommend the products on the site, I can't recommend the site itself. Two years in a row I went through them for an order to be delivered to my parents as a gift. Two years in a row the parcel was not delivered, the first never arrived and I was billed for it, and this year it could not be delivered by the post office, which notified me. It was only by contacting the postal services that I was able to have the address incorrectly noted by the site changed - they had noted only the surname and the town of delivery. I'd like to thank the post office for delivering the parcel, but certainly not Mathilde's counter. I like their products but I will never order via their website again, sorry.

A lot of my products got shocked in the box, some of which I wanted to give for Christmas...impossible to give them in this condition!!! a jar of jam spilled all the juice, caramelized apples...my jar of Piedmont hazelnuts dented and some spread came out...I took pictures of it...a LE TRAPPEUR drink I think..the plastic bag that was on it as I couldn't get it off properly the bottle opened...although I wanted to give it as a present too...in 2 words I'd go to the Fontainebleau store as I usually did...I'd like to point out that the parcel box wasn't damaged...
