Hello, I received an incomplete package, I made a claim on the site, no news for several days.
Item arrived broken, after-sales service not very accessible.
I received all the chocolates, the problem was that I received broken ones. I contacted customer service but got no answer.

My parcel arrived with a slightly open product which spilled into the box. I've emailed the relevant department and haven't heard from them since. I've tried to contact them by phone, but no one answers.

Package very well packed. Preparation time + delivery longer than announced on the site. Delivery not on the date announced by the carrier. 2 days in advance, a day off for nothing (even if it's the carrier's fault). When you contact Comptoir de Mathilde to inform them, no response. The feeling is that, once the sale is made, customer service doesn't give a damn about your customer experience. Good store customer, first and most likely last order on the website.

Hello, for Easter I ordered the paintable chocolates (unicorn and dino). My children loved painting them. But then it's inedible, the chocolate pieces are too thick and it's much too hard for the children's teeth. For the exorbitant price, it's just not worth it. Perhaps a chocolate egg or bar (with an Easter motif) would be more appropriate.

First of all, I'd like to point out that the person I spoke to on the phone deserves 5 stars. She listened to me and tried several times to help me with my enquiries. Thank you for your help! However, delivery is too expensive and you can't choose the day of delivery (like Colissimo for example), it's chocolate and the aim is not to let the products melt... What's more, an e-mail was sent to me indicating a Monday departure, but no trace of the parcel on the post office's website (probably a computer bug that also affected the establishment, I believe), even though the date of receipt was different. Finally, the final choice of order was not precise enough: I would have liked to have been able to integrate the various elements into the bag purchased, but this was not offered.

Extended delivery times due to Black Friday (even though Black Friday was over 1 week ago) and, above all, they only tell you about it once the order has been placed. And strangely enough, the order went out once I'd contacted customer service. During the holiday season, you need to clearly announce your lead times (before the order is placed) or significantly increase your staffing levels.
I was satisfied in spite of a jar of aperitif found slightly opened and which thus leaked on the gift wrapping made by the preparer of the order... so I had to clean and redo it.
We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused by your order on our website. Our delivery took just under a month. Inquiries (made in English) were not answered.
The order consisted of several jars of armagnac cannelés. Unfortunately, two of the jars broke open, causing them to leak into the package. One jar was almost empty and the others stuck ... Not serious, but disappointing. The products are delicious, and that's the main thing!
Unfortunately the glass "Barba au Rhum" - Medium size was leaking and spilled during transportation. If possible, we kindly ask for a replacement shipment.
Order received but not on time.
My order went well in the sense that the parcel arrived in the end at the right address, in good condition. Nevertheless, here are the points that make me not give a high mark: * The "Les comptoirs de Mathilde" site can be improved: impossible to consult the item sheet of the product ordered because the product is no longer visible on the site (as it obviously became out of stock during the life of the order), * The order, made for a Christmas present, was to be delivered to an address other than mine. The deliveryman did not deliver to the address indicated and left the parcel directly at the relay point.

Late delivery
My order took more than 10 days to prepare. No advantage to order on the site it would have been much faster if I had sent it myself, no savings. Few products available on the site, and range of products often over 20€ To be improved!!!
3+ weeks to recieve a small box???
These are very good products. However, at the time of delivery, one product (spread) leaked into the bottom because it was badly opened. It's a shame, especially for the price of the jar....
