The parcel arrived on time but most of the contents are broken (3 out of 5 items). Mail made to customer service and currently no return
I'm still waiting for a response from customer service regarding a product that was not available and that I was supposed to have for free and that I didn't get inside.
Super recommended, opening their calendars has become a Christmas tradition. Next year we will be back again.
The contents of my order were exactly what I had ordered. What's more, I had a parcel delivery problem and customer service was reactive.

The chocolate is very good, and the spreads are original. The price remains very high, however, and the advent calendars are a big rip-off, because inside they're really not that great - they're big for not very much.
This is the second year in a row that I've ordered (during Black Friday), the products are of high quality. I think that to build customer loyalty, there should be even more novelties or customizable products.

I sent 2 messages concerning 2 products from my order that arrived broken, I still haven't received a return.
Package received with 3/4 of the chocolates broken. I've sent 2 emails that have gone unanswered, I'm trying to contact them by phone but there's no answer, and on Facebook I can't recommend them at all.

Normally a surprise gift of 75€ of purchase, I bought for more than 150€ I did not have anything, I announced it but nothing received thereafter just one sorry. Don't say things if in the end you don't respect your commitments.

Parcel received too late and therefore very disappointed ( advent calendar). Ordered on Thursday morning and received the following Monday for a delivery said to be within 48 hours. What do I do with my advent calendar that I was supposed to offer on Saturday ??? So very disappointed
I ordered during Black Friday, and in an effort to get a surprise, I inflated my order to qualify. My package arrived with no surprise, because supposedly it's not compatible with the promotions. This is not explicitly stated on the site, which is misleading.
I've sent 3 emails with no reply. 6 items broken on receipt of parcel.
