If you suffer from food allergies, don't bother... Incomplete composition information on the website: traces of gluten are not indicated, which means that the person for whom the product was intended cannot consume it. As this is an allergen, it's surprising not to mention it. Apart from that, delivery was fast and the products very good... in the opinion of those who can eat them...
No news on my complaint email. Big disappointment for me on the eve of the holidays.

USED TO ORDERING BUT THIS TIME VERY DISAPPOINTED
I am moderately satisfied with my first order on this site. Of all the items ordered, two arrived in poor condition. After contacting customer service by Messenger, I was told that there could be no returns on food products. What a disappointment!

I received my parcel later than expected. One of the two advent calendars was damaged. It only contained my two calendars worth 68 euros, no card, no thank you, nothing...Not very professional...Very disappointed...
Disappointed with the internet order which sent me a batch of papillotes almost past their date and therefore no longer tasty.
Good products
I had specified in the comments that this order was for Father's Day and that I would like to have gift wrapping. However, I received the parcel with all the products in bulk.
The site is very good, but customer service is not very responsive. Moreover, if you want to make a click collect you have to be close to the store otherwise it doesn't work and not all stores do it. Delivery is fast and the products are good.
The parcel was damaged, but that's the post office, fortunately the chocolates were superbly wrapped, so intact

Everything went well with the order and delivery but what a disappointment to receive a packet of chocolate that had melted and made a block, it was a gift so I'm very disappointed.
Fast delivery but major problems with orders: wrong products delivered or delivered in poor condition. Customer service not very responsive.
You'll find the site's products cheaper in other stores... the last straw. The advent calendar is a big disappointment (very expensive for what little there is inside. What's more, the products are redundant and not individually wrapped, so they're all dry by the time you eat them). As for customer service, it leaves a lot to be desired (long and unsatisfactory responses).
I received a leaky jar which spilled in transit and I contacted to organise a replacement or partial refund, but there was no reply. Delicious product but Very disappointing customer service.

A box arrived torn
Quality products. It's a pity that two of the packages were torn, which wasn't great as a gift...
It arrived on time, but the chocolate was in cut pieces... I think it's because of the transport.
I ordered the pasta kit and considering the price I am very disappointed with the size of the products ...I feel like I received samples. On top of that the delivery costs 8€ .
Wait about 4 weeks or receive an e-mail about the loss of the parcel, a new parcel sent back and no commercial gesture... next time I'll go to another sales site
Good product but delivery time too long. I bought on November 27th and the parcel only left the warehouse on December 3rd! Too bad for an advent calendar...
The products were well packaged, but the Harry Potter product with the 4 houses of Hogwarts arrived damaged (two of the squares were stacked and the names of the houses were no longer visible (certainly due to rubbing).
The products are of very good quality, but it is absolutely necessary to re-examine the conditioning of the glass jars because I received a "baba au rhume caramel" opened in the parcel (photographs has the support). the iron lid took a shock and made all the product flow on the other products. if you communicate an address to me I could thus send you the photographs and to ask for a refunding of the damaged item thank you for your comprehension.

Real inconsistencies between the communication tools available, giving a VERY poor impression of shipment tracking.
Delivery tracking information could be improved. It's hard to know if your parcel is being prepared, and there's no information on the expected delivery date...
Order placed on November 27 and received on December 8. For an advent calendar, this makes no sense... The delivery method should be reviewed to ensure greater satisfaction. Otherwise, the dishes are well packaged and received in good condition.
Disappointed a bit I received a broken item
I'm still waiting for a reply to the complaint e-mail sent to customer service on 02/12 for an order placed on 24/11 and still not received. It finally arrived on 07. Customer service non-existent, much more active on social networks responding to comments on sponsored publications.
The site is rather well done, but at the order level I am disappointed ... it was written that from 80e I will have a gift but nothing in the box, advent calendar not at all up to the price even marked down!!! moreover nobody answered me when I sent a Messenger to your team it lacks seriousness
