Some of the chocolate patterns are melted, not a great gift KAMASUTRA

My parcel arrived with a slightly open product which spilled into the box. I've emailed the relevant department and haven't heard from them since. I've tried to contact them by phone, but no one answers.

Very fast delivery, advent calendar received just before december 1st even though I ordered it 3 days before. Delivered with care, the driver warned me of the scheduled time and arrived on time at my door. The only problem with the calendar was that it opened from the bottom when I was holding it. We'd just have to reinforce the fasteners to prevent it from opening. I'd recommend

Very disappointed by this experience. I received my order 10 days ago, and when I opened it, a jar of Christmas spread was broken. I sent two emails and tried to contact them by phone about ten times, but got no answer. It's a real shame, especially as the order was for a gift this weekend. The lack of responsiveness and customer service is unacceptable.

My order gave me access to the "gourmet surprise". I was indeed very surprised to be offered a jar of spread equivalent to one or two teaspoons. For an order of over €100, I don't find this very commercial...

A jar of baba leaked into the box, so it wasn't watertight. The promised surprise was non-existent, just paper... Very long delivery time...

But stop using the DPD delivery service

I have not received my order. The tracking says it was returned to sender but no one has contacted me. I've tried to contact the seller three times and had no response.
