Unfortunately, the item I ordered was missing and the item in the box was broken. Customer service seems reactive, so I'm waiting to see what happens next. So overall disappointed considering the price. Items arrived in good condition, as described.

Lots to pick from and hard to pick
I had problems with the site because I tried to enter a delivery address different from the billing address. I called on the phone and someone told me to specify this by email. When I received an order confirmation email I sent it back indicating the correct delivery address. I received the package at the billing address and I had to send it back myself so that my grandchildren could receive it before the start of the school year, hence the extra cost. I hope the contents are worth it.
Phone navigation to be improved: items added to the basket tend to be deleted when others are added.
Fast delivery However damaged inside the box
Ordering and delivery are fine. The packaging remains average all my golden tartinette that I ordered, four packages are completely crushed so not presentable at an aperitif.
Lousy delivery, scheduled for Saturday with 2 messages from the carrier to confirm delivery, finally not delivered and dropped in the mailbox without any notice on Tuesday ... I will not recommend. Last year, I ordered milk chocolate, dark chocolate, etc. Basta, I'm going to look elsewhere.

Very good chocolates, but high shipping costs and high minimum order (60€) to avoid paying them. At a time when some stores are closed, this would be a good idea from a commercial point of view, even if, given the prices charged, we've reached this level. It's a pity, because the products are excellent.

Some products are doubled in the categories... I've ordered several times, delivery is in Germany, you offered delivery to a relay point for 8 euros, and the last time I didn't have this option, so I had to take home delivery for 12 euros. (at the time of payment!!) can you provide loyalty points? the promotional code you offered me was not validated for this order, which is quite unpleasant!
The site is very well done, but we had a big problem with delivery (charges we pay) and the package was not delivered against signature and was found in damaged condition after trying to put it in the mailbox without much success. The letterbox had to be dismantled to retrieve the parcel.

Hot chocolate lollipops broken in transit. A bit average considering I paid €4.75 for shipping...
The products are of good quality, no problem on this point. However, although the products were well packaged, I had a bad surprise: my chocolate heart was broken.
Small problem: one jar was not closed properly and spilled into the package.
Good but expensive
Unfortunately I'm quite unhappy with the delivery of my order. It was delivered to a relay point, then sent back to the sender after just 7 days, with no prior warning of this very short delay, nor of the need to pick it up before a certain date (compared to other experiences). Once the parcel had been sent back, I had to pay delivery charges again, which I already found onerous, only to have them delivered a second time at a time when my presence was mandatory, without checking whether I could make myself available, or offering to postpone the date if I couldn't be there. So I had to ask an acquaintance to collect the parcel for me... The customer service I was in contact with gave me no explanation, and made no gesture. I really don't recommend
In one of the jars the spread had leaked. I informed customer service a week ago and to date there has been no response.

Good products
Order arrived promptly and very well packaged; shipping cost much too high, too bad. What's more, I was sure I'd chosen another, more convenient relay point, but I was delivered to a post office and that's the one written in the order. How odd.
Expensive delivery costs, order had to be reshipped 2 days before Christmas because it was lost.
Customer service does not respond.
Navigation on the site is very easy. On the other hand, I waited 3 weeks for my delivery, having sent an e-mail and phoned the head office. Some products arrived broken, the pre-emption dates are mid-January, and above all my order did not correspond to the products ordered. The truffles I ordered turned out to be a chocolate lollipop, but the gift was for an adult.

The products delivered were very well packaged. And the comptoir de Mathilde products are always a great value! We are however very disappointed with the surprise.... very small given the order we placed, we regret not having made the order in installments. Such a shame.
The 2 tote bags had a strong musty smell. Otherwise I already know the products and like them a lot.
No news of my order since its return to the store.

Good products. However, I was very disappointed when I tried to order the items I had spotted on Black Friday. These products were no longer on sale and reappeared the next day ... ! Not very commercial.
