Compliant products and careful packaging
Order received rather quickly for a Christmas period (10 days approx.) but I have to withdraw a star because a product was replaced without asking my opinion and even without warning me... I'm also taking off one star for the 3 reminders (and 2 weeks later) to customer service before getting a return... but I'm adding the 4th star for the new shipment as compensation.
Order shipped quickly, products are well packaged, I recommend this site.

The order arrived very quickly but despite impeccable packaging a mug arrived with a broken handle. After a complaint with a photo, the product was quickly replaced.
