We find the products offered on the website very satisfying and varied. However, we are unhappy with the delivery because some products were damaged inside the box (rum baba and 1 tool box set). We are waiting for the products concerned to be exchanged following our complaints (photos + emails).
Navigating the site wasn't easy at first (confused about the difference between sender and recipient coordinates) but afterwards I was delighted with the rest.
We ordered two fondue items but the cups were not delivered as suggested on the website. However, the items were very well packaged. Cdlmt
You have good articles your site is well. As for my last order I had taken 3 bags but frankly I don't know where you store them but they stink of mould and I find that sending items like that is unacceptable and unprofessional.

The chocolate bar arrived broken.
The navigation was rather simple but could be reviewed, and the delivery was fast. The parcel was very well protected and there was no breakage.
The main drawback is the price of delivery (exorbitant).
A poorly sealed jar, a little open, there was chocolate in the paper, too bad, otherwise I prefer to go directly to the store anyway, it's not the same as a parcel at this time of year.
The order was a gift, and I chose home delivery, but the deliveryman couldn't find the apartment and the person had to collect the parcel from a relay. It's a shame you can't give the deliveryman a phone number. I paid for home delivery, but it's a shame we ended up using the relay solution.

Delivery was fast, which is good. But when I ordered online, I chose certain colors for the items (black and red) and I received items in black and red but also in blue, which I had not chosen. I wasn't very happy about that.

Hello A broken pot
Very annoying site, not at all intuitive, with a promotional page that keeps opening. Just unbearable. I wanted to make a gift. I couldn't find the gift option and I think the person must have received the invoice details!... In short, I wouldn't order online anymore. In short, I won't order on the internet anymore. I can't evaluate the quality of your products since it's a gift.
Sent an email with no reply. Delivery costs 10.9 € to receive my parcel 8 days later.
I was pleased because I know the products but disappointed because I was missing a batch of spread that was offered normally two following the order and I received only one I sent a message and I had no response so the after sales service I found it average
With this negative review, I'm not punishing the products themselves but the quality of service (delivery, communication, etc.). The order was placed on 28/3/2020 with a promise of delivery before Easter, i.e. 12/04/2020. Once the date had passed, I sent an e-mail to claim my order. The reply I received two days later was an automatic e-mail informing me that my order was being prepared. Ten days later, I sent another e-mail because I still hadn't received anything, and the next day I received an automatic reply informing me that my order was being delivered. The order was finally received on 30/04/2020. Not one e-mail of apology, explanation or commercial gesture. I know that the situation is peculiar with the confinement, but being an online shopping enthusiast, I can say that this is the only order with so much delay and so little (no) communication. One thing is sure: I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE COMPTOIR DE MATHILDE again.

The site is very good but unfortunately the honey pot was badly closed and partly leaked into the protective paper in the parcel.
I know the products well and they never disappoint, they're very good, but I was disappointed with the delivery service because there was an error in the delivery address. It was an order for the Easter holidays, and the order arrived at my home instead of my daughter's, who will be waiting for her chocolates for quite a while given the confined conditions!The error must have occurred when I placed the order, although I had taken the option of 2 different billing and delivery addresses, and despite this, mine (the billing address) was used for delivery! I noticed the error when I checked my e-mail, and I sent 2 letters asking for a correction to be made before the parcel was dispatched... but I'm still waiting for a reply or a sign from the service... Anyway, the parcel has arrived at my house, and I think I'll be able to offer the chocolates for Pentecost if the lockdown is lifted by then....what a shame!

Hello, I wanted to send chocolates to someone for their birthday. It's a pity that it's impossible to add a little note to put a message and say that the package is from such and such a person. I tried to add a note in one of the comment fields to ask if I could add that the package was from me, but my comment was not taken into account. It's a shame to have to call the person back to ask if they received my gift... Sincerely
Confusion between billing address and delivery address Not at all clear
The site is well designed but the shipping costs are much too high.
Clear navigation for the goods on offer. Invoicing is more complicated. It doesn't always work, connections are difficult. Address discrimination is random. The parcel arrived at the billing address and not at the delivery address. We'll have to find a carrier.... and pay extra. Too bad.
Searches are not always easy, you have to click on several choices to get all the products in the category you're looking for
The quality of the products is good, I know the brand well. But first time I ordered on the site: in the two batches of hot chocolates, there were broken elements... it's a shame. Similarly, one bar arrived cracked. It's a shame it's a gift.
Products received very quickly! On the other hand, the glass jars were in no danger of breaking given the amount of packaging and protection around them! Perhaps it's possible to reduce the quantity a little with a smaller carton to avoid all that packaging in the garbage can?
I find the delivery charges just exhorbitant... I wanted to order more but seeing that by adding just a few chocolate spoons, the amount climbed seriously!!!! It's a shame....
