Apart from the fact that the products are extremely good, the customer service is top notch. Large order for the holidays, but problem during transport and on arrival, part of the contents was missing. So I sent an e-mail to customer service and ... It says to expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days, but it took 11 days. I had ordered on purpose during my week of vacation, so I wasn't at home for the reception, I had to pick up my order later at the post office, difficult with their schedules...

Poor delivery! It was supposed to be a delivery against signature. I found my parcel on the ground in front of my house in the middle of town, anyone could have stolen my parcel... Otherwise the products look good, I ordered them as Christmas presents so I can't judge them at the moment.

Incomplete composition information on the website: traces of gluten are not indicated, which means that the person for whom the product was intended cannot consume it. As this is an allergen, it's surprising not to mention it. Apart from that, delivery was fast and the products very good... in the opinion of those who can eat them...
