The site is very good but unfortunately the honey pot was badly closed and partly leaked into the protective paper in the parcel.
I know the products well and they never disappoint, they're very good, but I was disappointed with the delivery service because there was an error in the delivery address. It was an order for the Easter holidays, and the order arrived at my home instead of my daughter's, who will be waiting for her chocolates for quite a while given the confined conditions!The error must have occurred when I placed the order, although I had taken the option of 2 different billing and delivery addresses, and despite this, mine (the billing address) was used for delivery! I noticed the error when I checked my e-mail, and I sent 2 letters asking for a correction to be made before the parcel was dispatched... but I'm still waiting for a reply or a sign from the service... Anyway, the parcel has arrived at my house, and I think I'll be able to offer the chocolates for Pentecost if the lockdown is lifted by then....what a shame!

Hello, I wanted to send chocolates to someone for their birthday. It's a pity that it's impossible to add a little note to put a message and say that the package is from such and such a person. I tried to add a note in one of the comment fields to ask if I could add that the package was from me, but my comment was not taken into account. It's a shame to have to call the person back to ask if they received my gift... Sincerely
Confusion between billing address and delivery address Not at all clear
The site is well designed but the shipping costs are much too high.
Clear navigation for the goods on offer. Invoicing is more complicated. It doesn't always work, connections are difficult. Address discrimination is random. The parcel arrived at the billing address and not at the delivery address. We'll have to find a carrier.... and pay extra. Too bad.
Searches are not always easy, you have to click on several choices to get all the products in the category you're looking for
The quality of the products is good, I know the brand well. But first time I ordered on the site: in the two batches of hot chocolates, there were broken elements... it's a shame. Similarly, one bar arrived cracked. It's a shame it's a gift.
Products received very quickly! On the other hand, the glass jars were in no danger of breaking given the amount of packaging and protection around them! Perhaps it's possible to reduce the quantity a little with a smaller carton to avoid all that packaging in the garbage can?

I am satisfied with the Comptoir de Mathilde website. However, I am disappointed that I was not allowed to enter my birthday gift voucher for a white chocolate table. The gift voucher was refused. I can't recommend it because of the postage costs and as the Nantes store has closed, it's not possible to receive it. It's a real shame.
Very good products, but one of the jars wasn't closed properly, so the rum leaked out a bit and the tin stuck. Despite this, I am very satisfied with your products.

Delivery too expensive! There's not even a tier for free delivery. What's worse, the heavier it is, the higher the delivery price. Do something about it, because it really doesn't make you want to order!
There is a certain threshold for which delivery is free. We offer free delivery on purchases of €60 or more. We also offer gourmet treats for purchases over €90 and €150. Our delivery system complies with that for which we are eligible through our partner La Poste. As our products are voluminous and heavy, we apply a rate according to their weight, as this is a legal and standard estimate for the type of products we sell.

I ordered a product intended as a gift. I asked for a gift pack (or to enclose gift wrap with my order) but was refused, being told that this was not their custom. I don't find this very correct and even less commercial. What's more, the delivery was not very fast, even though I live 30 km away!...

Following my order, the price of the honey was indicated at a reasonable price, but when I received it, it was no longer at the price indicated. After complaining, I only received one extra jar of honey, whereas you should have sold it to me at the price indicated online. Not very honest of you.....

The chocolates arrived broken and after calling customer service with photos, I had no offer from them. Too bad for a Christmas present. I won't be recommending their website again.
I didn't receive my entire order, although it was debited in full, so I reported it by email to customer service. But they have to be called back quite a few times before they reply. It's very mean not even to acknowledge receipt of customer emails. Especially when you're at fault. And not to reply until they call you back 8 days later!
