Package well received. It was a gift. Contents a little scattered. On the other hand I had no tracking of the package. No email saying it was going to be delivered and the colissimo tracking never showed up.
The products were in very good condition, as they were in the store when they arrived, and well protected. The delivery service and tracking is excellent. As a fan of your stores, this was the solution I needed during the lockdown to get my products, knowing that I couldn't travel to the larger towns around here. The site is not very efficient. The sections are not always relevant. Salt mills difficult to find in the "salts" section...astonishing. As for the rest, delivery, product quality and packaging, nothing to report. Everything was fine. Good products, but site to be rectified
A product offering by region would be interesting

Very good, accessible site. On the other hand, little information on the tracking of the package (for organization on the date of delivery for the receipt of the package) and disappointed with the expected delivery time of 4 to 5 days, but was delivered 8 days after ordering.

Delicious products and top-notch service
Site very easy to use - I put all the products in my wish list and after my quantities and hop to the shopping cart. Super-fast delivery in less than 3 days. Usually, I always go to a boutique in Paris or Brussels - but in this year of 2020, the crisis has forced me to look at the internet as an alternative for Christmas gifts. I highly recommend it.
The fabric bag had a very unpleasant smell (musty?) I had to wash it and of course the design faded a bit. Otherwise, the advent calendar is great, my son is drooling in front of it while waiting for december 1st.
