Very easy to order. Excellent packaging, no risk of broken jars. Colissimo delivery: very good, because if you're away you know you can ask for home delivery again, or just go and pick up the parcel at the post office. I can't evaluate the products because I haven't eaten them yet.

Make it easy to order with a variety and choice of products
The products are good, but delivery takes a long time. We need more manpower to prepare the parcels so that they don't take 2 weeks to arrive.

A small problem with the shipment tracking, the parcel was not given to the carrier even though I had an e-mail telling me that the parcel was being delivered, no return from customer service following my e-mail, the parcel arrived 3 days later....
