You'll find the site's products cheaper in other stores... the last straw. The advent calendar is a big disappointment (very expensive for what little there is inside. What's more, the products are redundant and not individually wrapped, so they're all dry by the time you eat them). As for customer service, it leaves a lot to be desired (long and unsatisfactory responses).
This is the 1st time I've ordered and I'm not disappointed. When I placed my order, the follow-up was very well organized. From start to finish, you receive an SMS telling you the route. And as soon as the delivery is ready to be delivered, it works the same way, because you are notified of the day to sign the voucher. Thank you very much.
