Excellent after-sales service; chocolate bunny arrived broken despite all the precautions taken by Le comptoir de Mathilde. We can't blame them for not doing everything possible to ensure that their Easter bunny arrived whole, but the carrier must not have been very careful with the package. But that's not up to Comptoir de Mathilde. Comptoir de Mathilde sent me back the same bunny, this time in one piece, without asking me any more questions, simply by sending an e-mail with a photo. A much appreciated after-sales service.
