The products are of good quality ... but the same cannot be said for the site, which looks good but whose navigation procedures are not up to scratch. I've been using the web for a long time, and shopping sites in particular, and I've hardly ever had to finalize an order by calling customer service... I experienced this inconvenience on the only two - and perhaps last - orders I placed there. I also find the prices excessive and the delivery costs disproportionate.
-Very reliable site, both for the speed of delivery and the quality of the products -the latter are extremely well documented on the site -you can travel, learn and enjoy -and what's more, the packaging is very neat.

This is a very good online store, in which we have full confidence and have been buying spices for years.
The delivery was disappointing. In fact, despite the relay point being open, the delivery driver dropped off my parcel at the Joinville post office, a bit far from my home. What a shame!
