Thank you for your feedback. The products in question are part of our green-house selection offered at super sales, at deliberately very attractive prices. These are end-of-stock items, which explains this particularly low pricing.

In this context, it is important to clarify that these references cannot be compared to our usual premium flowers, especially the Critical Hydro that you have already ordered from us, which is one of our best qualities. The cultivation methods, sorting, and final rendering are very different.

These offers are primarily aimed at customers looking for a low-priced product, and not the level of finishing and aromatic intensity found in our high-end references.

We prefer to be transparent on this subject and remain available to guide you towards products more in line with your expectations.

Very disappointed with the response I received from customer service regarding my request for a refund for my resin order. Customer service only replied to my first email explaining that it was not possible to return the flower, while I had specified in my email the variety of CBD. I replied to their email saying that it was resin and not flower, and then there was no further response.

We completely understand your disappointment and want to assure you that we have taken note of your request as well as your feedback.

Regarding your CBD resin order, once the product is opened, we unfortunately cannot take it back. These are sensitive products, comparable to perishable goods, for which regulations do not allow returns after opening, except in cases of defect or observed problem.

This is why we asked you if the product was damaged, non-compliant, or had a particular issue. You indicated that everything was in perfect condition and that your request was simply due to a change of mind.

In this context, we cannot proceed with a refund, and we are truly sorry about that.
