Hello,

As we had the opportunity to explain to you over the phone, the address you provided when placing your order contained an error in the name of the municipality. This inaccuracy prevented the proper delivery of your package, and it was returned to us. Therefore, it was not a problem on our part or on the part of the delivery service.

Despite this, we took charge of a new shipment at our expense, with the corrected information, to allow you to receive your order as soon as possible. Our customer service remained available and attentive to you throughout the process.

We are committed to providing responsive and understanding customer service.
We regret that this was not fully perceived in your evaluation.

Best regards,

The LEM team

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are delighted that your order met your expectations.

Regarding the information about the closure of our establishment starting from August 15, we would like to provide you with some clarifications:
A week before (and during) our closure, a large banner was displayed on the homepage of our website, wishing all our customers a good holiday while clearly indicating our closure dates for vacation.

Furthermore, we also implemented a fixed banner at the top of the page. This banner was visible throughout the site, regardless of the page being viewed, and remained displayed even during scrolling.

We are sincerely sorry if this information did not seem sufficiently visible to you. With the tools currently at our disposal, we have implemented the means we have to best communicate this closure period.

Thank you again for your feedback, and we look forward to serving you again.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted to read that it was "impeccable" !

However, your rating of 3 stars seems to indicate that not everything was perhaps entirely up to your expectations. Please feel free to share with us what we could improve so that your experience deserves, in your opinion, 5 stars next time.

Best regards,

The LEM AGRI team

Sorry for this delivery issue.
