Regarding the information about the closure of our establishment starting from August 15, we would like to provide you with some clarifications:
A week before (and during) our closure, a large banner was displayed on the homepage of our website, wishing all our customers a good holiday while clearly indicating our closure dates for vacation.

Furthermore, we also implemented a fixed banner at the top of the page. This banner was visible throughout the site, regardless of the page being viewed, and remained displayed even during scrolling.

We are sincerely sorry if this information did not seem sufficiently visible to you. With the tools currently at our disposal, we have implemented the means we have to best communicate this closure period.
