Complete order, very good as always but a downside on the delivery. The delivery is charged very expensive, especially at pickup points (€6.99 for a basket of €48). The commitment is a reception in 24h/48h, but the order arrived 4 days later! The least that could be done would be a partial refund, even symbolic, or a credit on a future order.

My rabbit didn't like the shavings litter, it absorbs very poorly, the cellulose litter is very expensive to make a cage you need at least two, see 3 nothing to say about delivery!

Delivery problem: I unfortunately picked up my parcel a month after the delivery date. Chronopost is a disaster: the relay point is unavailable, I call them to fix a new available point, the parcel will never arrive at this new point and goes back to the sender... I rescheduled a new delivery of this parcel, but the relay point was not the one indicated (same brand but not in the same place). Too bad, but I wouldn't recommend it again, as it was too time-consuming and I had to stock up urgently in the store in between.

Nothing to say, very fast and everything corresponds to the description. However, just mark the right prices directly in vat on your site to be clearer because when it's your first order it's indicated in vat.

The parcel went to a relay point, fortunately not too far away as it was heavy and should have been delivered to my home. Thank you to Le Petit Rongeur for reimbursing me for the cost of home delivery, which is more expensive. The delivery man is not smart! 😮 If we ask for home delivery, it's for reasons of time and organization.

Very good site! Product delivered very quickly. A small downside: I had chosen delivery to a relay point, which was accepted when I ordered. However, the parcel was too heavy, which was not possible in a relay point (which I understand). I was not informed of this by the company, but by the home delivery driver, and I couldn't be present for the delivery.
