Customers highlight fast and reliable delivery, with orders arriving on or ahead of schedule and items well packaged. They praise attentive and efficient customer service, kindness and empathy from staff, and the care taken in handling orders. Product quality is repeatedly described as very good, with items matching descriptions and loved by small animals. The store is presented as a specialized, trustworthy source for small-animal products, offering careful preparation and a wide range loved by owners.
I recommend this site 100%. The products are of high quality, the prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is really top-notch (very responsive and friendly).

The parcel went to a relay point, fortunately not too far away as it was heavy and should have been delivered to my home. Thank you to Le Petit Rongeur for reimbursing me for the cost of home delivery, which is more expensive. The delivery man is not smart! 😮 If we ask for home delivery, it's for reasons of time and organization.

2nd order! Bought yesterday and arrived today. The products are of good quality, inexpensive, and the package is always well organized with care. They have high quality apple tree branches for my chinchillas. There's always a small sample in the delivery. I love this store and will only buy from them now! They rival the best with their Japanese-style service.
