Customers highlight fast and reliable delivery, with orders arriving on or ahead of schedule and items well packaged. They praise attentive and efficient customer service, kindness and empathy from staff, and the care taken in handling orders. Product quality is repeatedly described as very good, with items matching descriptions and loved by small animals. The store is presented as a specialized, trustworthy source for small-animal products, offering careful preparation and a wide range loved by owners.
No complaints about the quality and speed of delivery. However, the DPD company is catastrophic!!!! They don't bother to deliver to my home but to a pickup point that is not close to my home, without considering whether I can carry 9kg or even if I have a vehicle. I still paid the delivery fees to have it delivered to my home.
