My order was canceled because two items were apparently not available, but I did not receive the rest even though I had already received an email the day before telling me that my order had been shipped. A bit disappointed because nothing was clear, but the refund for the order was processed automatically on the same day they notified me of their computer problem.

A stopper did not allow for sealing, fortunately we were able to swap the two. On the other hand, misleading advertising regarding the origin of manufacture, made in China like all these products that I could have ultimately bought elsewhere and cheaper. Moreover, some of your sellers (in Lyon and Dijon) claim French manufacturing or pretend not to know. So it's a scam and I will make it known.

Very good experience and top-notch customer service!! The only downside is that the bottle opener on one of the cans was not rigid and wobbles. This really bothered me. After exchanging with customer service, I was just given a code for free shipping to reorder a can cap since it is not defective for you. But I am very satisfied with the products!! Very good exchange with customer service, which is very professional.

It's a pity that for containers of 750 cl there are not more bottles with patterns like tattoos. Indeed, a new range should arrive, we are a month away from Christmas, maybe it was difficult for everything to be released in advance. The solid colored bottles are not great to my taste when we have known the other designs. Otherwise, the bottle keeps hot or cold very well.

Very poor customer service. I made a mistake when placing my order. I immediately contacted the site's customer service to ask to modify it. I never received a response, whether positive or negative. On the service side, nothing to report. Ordered on June 3, received on June 5. On the product side, it does not live up to its promises if you want to use it for hot items. A little personal experience, lunchbox filled halfway with hot water at 62°C (very acceptable if it were a hot dish), temperature at 37°C 5 hours after filling, I wouldn't call that keeping warm. Also, some imperfections at the welds at the bottom of the lunchbox.
