I still have not been delivered ...

On the service side, nothing to report. Ordered on June 3, received on June 5. On the product side, it does not live up to its promises if you want to use it for hot items. A little personal experience, lunchbox filled halfway with hot water at 62°C (very acceptable if it were a hot dish), temperature at 37°C 5 hours after filling, I wouldn't call that keeping warm. Also, some imperfections at the welds at the bottom of the lunchbox.

First order directly on this site, I ordered a thermos bottle with a tattoo design and received something else.

The products are of good quality, but I received the wrong reference, which delayed my order when I needed it as quickly as possible.

The water bottle is great, it keeps cold as well as hot. Its downside is that you can't lay it down without the risk of leaking... too bad! So be careful to keep it upright.

Package arrived quickly once the order was placed. The invoice was also sent without needing to ask for it.

Order not compliant, no response to my emails, I am still waiting for a bottle that was not in the package, unacceptable.

Delivery on time, but the bottle received had a cap with a mixed stainless steel/rubber ring, whereas the order was for an all-stainless steel bottle including the cap (reference photo on the site).

Unfortunately, my order of two cans has not yet arrived. I hope it will be delivered soon.

Hello, I ordered a bottle based on the photos on your site showing a rubber cap with spikes... I received an aluminum cap with a small clock inside...!!!

The delivery is as expensive as the product I ordered, it's outrageous

I bought a water bottle that I gifted. The bottle leaks. We sent a message to customer service and we have no response. Very disappointed!!

I bought bottles from Les Artistes Paris just under a year ago, and after less than two years of use, the plastic caps are already leaking. When I contacted their customer service, I was told that the wear was probably due to misuse, despite the 2-year warranty mentioned on the label. Instead of honoring their commitment, they offered me to buy caps again! Now, I noticed they have switched to steel caps. Strange coincidence, isn't it? Maybe they finally understood that their plastic caps don't hold up, but it's still an attempt to avoid addressing the real quality issue. Personally, I will recycle my bottles into vases, as they like to show on their social media. After all, their products are worth no more than that! I will never spend another cent on this so-called French brand, which, in reality, reflects no French quality and has its products made in Asia. If you are looking for durable and reliable products, run away from this brand.

Great choice of colors, several categories of products, perfect for making your choice. Fast delivery (small downside on the packaging of the package, I received a huge box for a very small water bottle, not cool in terms of cardboard savings) Very satisfied with my canteen that keeps both hot and cold well, no leaks detected, very practical I love it! However, the paint is fragile, it comes off at the slightest bump :/

I wanted to buy a new water bottle to stop using disposable containers. I am satisfied because my drink stays cold or hot for a very long time. Good temperature retention.

Unfortunately, the two thermos bottles I just bought do not close properly. I found myself twice with a hot drink in my handbag. Which is really not pleasant.

The coffee in the water bottle only lasts 4 hours. Too bad but the straw system is practical.

The printing is very poorly done at the top and bottom of my can. The pull tab is loose. The shoulder bag that "fits bottles and cans" according to the website. Yet on the label, it only says it fits bottles and it's quite difficult to fit the can inside.

I usually order cans. Very practical. I wanted to change and bought a mug. A bit disappointed. Not very practical. Either it doesn't pour, or it pours too much.

A bit disappointed by the quality of the products, noticeably decreased compared to before. My previous can was very resistant. This one fell once and is already dented. And for the 2 I just bought, you have to play with the spout/straw to be well aligned and able to drink (otherwise you only suck air)

Even after a week, I haven't received the mugs!

I appreciated the order tracking and the relatively short shipping time. I haven't used my purchases yet. If the storage time at temperature is in line with what is advertised, I will definitely come back to you.

I ordered 2 insulated mugs that I received well. They are very beautiful and conform to what I ordered. That said, after the first wash, the paint on one of them got damaged. The color ran and started to disappear in some places. It's really a shame especially since I haven't used it yet!

I received my water bottle super well packaged with a small bag that I decided to keep to give as a gift.

I bought 750 ml water bottles and am very satisfied with their efficiency, the only weak point is that the caps wear out too quickly.

I bought the mug with the intention of being able to drink my coffee directly: maybe it is not designed for that, the fact is that I have to remove the lid if I want to drink my coffee. The part that seemed to be put in the mouth is too wide and too thick: the coffee spills out of my mouth... I still use it and love its look but not as I wished.

Excellent color quality and capacity but the only downside is the suction nipple with the integrated straw: not practical, you have to suck hard for little water with each sip and the maintenance of the straw is not great in terms of durability, I think. Otherwise, it is superb.

B2B not very practical, with an incessant question of emails during the order, it's annoying.

Hi, nice little bottle for my coffee. Behind a positive eco-friendly marketing, a 'company' that is French but produces in China like all the others in the sector. Shameful. To respond to your answer, your ecological commitment to minimize the environmental impact of your products honors you. However, it lacks civic fiber, as it is not the little Chinese who pay the pensions of our elders. I would like to be proud of my country. Thank you for reading me.

The container is of good quality but the design has many flaws. The quality of the decoration is not up to par. Moreover, at the time of ordering, the forced purchase of the cover is unacceptable!!!

I am disappointed with the product. The pattern is full of irregularities, like ink drips. According to customer service, it is related to the manufacturing technique and all bottles have this aspect. So the choices, the manufacturing methods, are not up to the qualitative image that the brand gives itself.

Everything is very good except the systematic distribution of free products, despite my request not to receive them (as they are not useful). This is a shame given the values promoted :)

I had already bought 2 water bottles from the artists of Paris for my little girls, another for one of my little boys, I did not hesitate to take 2 more for the older ones for the start of school. They are very pretty and of very good quality. I recommend.
