Product purchased at a pharmacy with supposedly a quality guarantee. The paint on the bottle chipped within 2 weeks of use. This bottle is real junk. I do not recommend

The thermoses are great and work very well, however the return process for packages is long before confirmation for return and you have to do a Colissimo to make the return so pay an extra..

One of the 2 products delivered is not the model ordered. However, it was for gifts for children. I was told that humans make mistakes. No commercial gesture in return. Proposal to return the product, in exchange for the right one.. My mistake was ordering these products. I will not reorder and will not buy from 'the artists of Paris' again

Great product received quickly. Small downside: the usage guide rolled up inside is so well taped that the pages tear and become unreadable. Too bad.
