Unfortunately, the two thermos bottles I just bought do not close properly. I found myself twice with a hot drink in my handbag. Which is really not pleasant.

The printing is very poorly done at the top and bottom of my can. The pull tab is loose. The shoulder bag that "fits bottles and cans" according to the website. Yet on the label, it only says it fits bottles and it's quite difficult to fit the can inside.

I still haven't received my package

A bit disappointed by the quality of the products, noticeably decreased compared to before. My previous can was very resistant. This one fell once and is already dented. And for the 2 I just bought, you have to play with the spout/straw to be well aligned and able to drink (otherwise you only suck air)

Even after a week, I haven't received the mugs!

I ordered 2 insulated mugs that I received well. They are very beautiful and conform to what I ordered. That said, after the first wash, the paint on one of them got damaged. The color ran and started to disappear in some places. It's really a shame especially since I haven't used it yet!

I bought the mug with the intention of being able to drink my coffee directly: maybe it is not designed for that, the fact is that I have to remove the lid if I want to drink my coffee. The part that seemed to be put in the mouth is too wide and too thick: the coffee spills out of my mouth... I still use it and love its look but not as I wished.

Excellent color quality and capacity but the only downside is the suction nipple with the integrated straw: not practical, you have to suck hard for little water with each sip and the maintenance of the straw is not great in terms of durability, I think. Otherwise, it is superb.

The container is of good quality but the design has many flaws. The quality of the decoration is not up to par. Moreover, at the time of ordering, the forced purchase of the cover is unacceptable!!!

I am disappointed with the product. The pattern is full of irregularities, like ink drips. According to customer service, it is related to the manufacturing technique and all bottles have this aspect. So the choices, the manufacturing methods, are not up to the qualitative image that the brand gives itself.

Very disappointed: the insulated bottle seems to have already been used as it is so damaged. Moreover, the printing of the patterns looks fake and low quality. Hardly acceptable given the price... Fast shipping and very nice design. I took two insulated bottles that keep well cool. Just on one of the bottles, the cap seems warped and it screws slightly at an angle.

Impossible to make an exchange, transport costs to be paid 3 times by the customer: I was given a bottle, first shipping cost. I don't like the color, I want to exchange it: impossible. Used by children... I just exchanged the cutlery before 12 months of buying the bottles.

The Dalí design of the product is perfect and super pretty, but the problem is the heat retention of the drink. For tea, water set at 100 degrees is just lukewarm 2.5 hours later. For a tea lover and the need for a good break to get back to work, it's disappointing.

The ordered item has a defect making it unusable. I made a return request, which took more than a week to be accepted. However, the package must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. How to deal with such a response time? I am left with a paid unusable item. Customer service needs improvement.

Order shipped very quickly, package very well wrapped. However, at first glance, the print of the pattern (heart) is really not great at the joint, you can see the crease. It's a shame. They deliver a horribly poorly finished product. You have to wait hours to get a return slip! And on top of that, you have to pay return fees when they deliver you a defective product. Avoid.

I was not notified of the availability of my package at the Relay point and I did not receive the pickup code. I emailed to find out where my package was so I could pick it up on time. The product does not meet my expectations at all. The ice bucket lunchbox is advertised to keep things warm for 12 hours, but we are far from that after only 5.5 hours. I am super happy with the thermos bottles I own (280, 500, and 750ml). They keep things cold and hot (coffee, herbal teas, soups...). Hello, I bought a mug/travel mug 350ml yesterday that claims to keep things hot for 5 hours and cold for 10 hours. I directly filled it with two boiling coffees, after 45 minutes it was lukewarm and after 1 hour, it was cold. What a disappointment for a product that cost €25.

Sorry, I received my order but while the screw cap fits, the straws are too short to reach the bottom of the bottle. How can I receive straws of the right length? Best regards

The grip caps of 2 of the 3 bottles purchased about 2 or 3 years ago are leaking. The 3rd will probably follow the same path, so I am ordering 3 other 100% stainless steel caps to continue using the bottles. I hope the new ones will last longer. Note that the bottles do not keep drinks hot for the announced 12 hours. Otherwise, they are beautiful, the narrow neck allows drinking from the bottle, and I really appreciate your environmental commitment.

is useless for me and during cleaning, water can get into the cap through the pressing system to turn the time (at first I thought it was a real leak but in the end, nothing serious). The part where you put your mouth to drink is covered (by the cap when screwed on) which keeps this part clean and hygienic. The cap seems resistant with its stainless steel insert and can be stable when placed on its flat side, it is watertight but it is difficult to reach all the corners and clean the silicone seal. The inside of the bottle is quite easy to clean with a bottle brush (but it is difficult to see/inspect the inside well due to its depth and small neck). The outside being smooth is super easy to wash. Pleasant to drink from (little leakage compared to bottles with different necks) but the Bottle'UP 750ml is very deep so if you want to drink comfortably with a straw, you need a very long one (at least 28cm, which bends and folds inside the bottle once the cap is tightened and unfolds when you remove the cap to drink like a cuttable silicone straw, which they unfortunately don't seem to sell).
