The insulated bottle I bought (750 ml) is for my son-in-law.. He appreciates its ability to keep things hot and cold as well as its cap which allows him to open his bottle easily with wet hands. Note that the delivery was very fast (3 days).

Very good quality. The bottles keep things cool and are unbreakable, I've dropped them several times but they are fine. The lunch boxes are good but large for one person... or you need to have a big appetite. I find it serves for 2 people... Maybe you could also make some a little smaller, for one portion? I am very satisfied with the products but not at all with the customer service, very haughty responses and not at all listening to the customer. Moreover, we returned a product ordered due to an error on the site, we reordered directly with the correction but still no refund despite the proof of return a month ago.... They probably earn too much to care about their customers... Very disappointing as it does not make me want to recommend the brand.

Color error on the order reported by message right after with a request to modify my order, modification refused they replied that I had to cancel but in the meantime they had shipped the order!!! I was really very disappointed it was for a gift, too bad the product seems very good but the price is very high I won't be able to buy another one...... Correction of my review: I just received an email informing me that my problem has been taken into account and the sending of a bottle of the right color, so very good handling of errors thank you.
