Speed and in accordance with the order

I appreciated being able to order "spare parts" for my cans, however, I find it unfortunate to have to change the entire cap when I only needed the seal for the central hole (air inlet).

Great, integrated straw bottle very easy to clean and keeps cold well.

I love these mugs!!! I had the previous model and couldn't find them anymore... And these are exactly what I expected.

I live in Guadeloupe, and I have been using Les Artistes bottles for two years. Today, while it was very hot, I forgot my bottle in my car in the sun from 10 AM to 4 PM. When I retrieved it, I couldn't hold it because it was so hot. I was pleasantly surprised to find that inside, the water remained completely fresh. It was great... Bravo.

This is the first time I order from Les Artistes Paris. Nowhere else: Bureau Vallée (where I bought a can) Ambiance Style... I couldn't find a replacement cap!!! My two exchanges by email with the services were conclusive. I placed my order on 06/08 and it arrived on 09/08. I am delighted.... THANK YOU Yolande Gagnaire

This bottle is really very effective, it keeps things cool for a long time despite the scorching temperatures. The volume is perfect.

Very disappointed: the insulated bottle seems to have already been used as it is so damaged. Moreover, the printing of the patterns looks fake and low quality. Hardly acceptable given the price... Additionally, I have tried several times to have exchanges with customer service regarding stock, and never received a response, no reactivity. I unfortunately do not recommend.

Nice purchase, sealing validated, great heat retention... just a downside on the paint, there are some whitened spots in places. A little disappointed by this aspect given the price.

We received a completely botched bottle... smudges, cut patterns, and we were explained that it was normal with your printing techniques... except that we already have Les Artistes bottles and nothing like this!!!

I discovered this brand by chance in a store and immediately loved the design of the products. I ordered (a mug and 2 cans) and I am happy with the fast shipping and their packaging which is minimalist and respects their values and the environment. If I have to share a less positive point: one of the cans had a defect and kept leaking. The printed designs could be of better quality in some places, but overall the products are very beautiful. To end on a positive note: I note that the after-sales service is great, they react quickly and try to find the best solution for the customer. I immediately received a new part for my defective can. I can't wait to test it hoping it will solve the problem... Thank you to the team of Artists and I recommend adopting their products which are very useful in everyday life and very beautiful! Everyone asks me where my mug and can come from.

I took a thermos can. I love it, it fits very well in the bag and keeps the product fresh (haven't tried hot yet). Product received in 2 days. No unnecessary over-packaging.

Fast shipping and very nice design. I took two insulated bottles that keep well cool. Just on one of the bottles, the cap seems warped and it screws slightly at an angle.
