I bought 3 bottles 'The Artists' in the shape of cans, they are the right size for children or to fit in a sports bag. The bottles are easy to wash and they don't leak when transported, even upside down! It's great! I recommend.

The product was this time the right size. It's a shame not to offer delivery to pickup points to reduce shipping costs. Finally, the dimensions of the bottle are mentioned when choosing a replacement cap. Overall happy with the experience.

Very nice quality item, the bottle keeps things cool as indicated. I haven't tried it with hot liquids yet but I think it will work as indicated. I noticed that the bottle leaks at the cap when it is lying down, I don't know if this is normal but it can be annoying if it spills in a bag or elsewhere. That's why I don't give it the best rating.

Half satisfied with my purchase, it's not the first time I've ordered from the artists (4th time). One of the bottles is very good but the other has defects... For now a week and a half, I've been trying to contact customer service and it's impossible to reach them, 0 response... Customer service needs to be reviewed.

Purchase of a second bottle, they are just exceptional! Living in the south of France and passionate about hiking, we go out all day and thanks to these bottles we have fresh water. I conducted a test with a bottle filled with fresh water left in the car in full sun (in the south of France) and in the evening we still had fresh water.
