Hi, nice little bottle for my coffee. Behind a positive eco-friendly marketing, a 'company' that is French but produces in China like all the others in the sector. Shameful. To respond to your answer, your ecological commitment to minimize the environmental impact of your products honors you. However, it lacks civic fiber, as it is not the little Chinese who pay the pensions of our elders. I would like to be proud of my country. Thank you for reading me.

The container is of good quality but the design has many flaws. The quality of the decoration is not up to par. Moreover, at the time of ordering, the forced purchase of the cover is unacceptable!!!

Everything is very good except the systematic distribution of free products, despite my request not to receive them (as they are not useful). This is a shame given the values promoted :)

I appreciated being able to order "spare parts" for my cans, however, I find it unfortunate to have to change the entire cap when I only needed the seal for the central hole (air inlet).

Nice purchase, sealing validated, great heat retention... just a downside on the paint, there are some whitened spots in places. A little disappointed by this aspect given the price.

I discovered this brand by chance in a store and immediately loved the design of the products. I ordered (a mug and 2 cans) and I am happy with the fast shipping and their packaging which is minimalist and respects their values and the environment. If I have to share a less positive point: one of the cans had a defect and kept leaking. The printed designs could be of better quality in some places, but overall the products are very beautiful. To end on a positive note: I note that the after-sales service is great, they react quickly and try to find the best solution for the customer. I immediately received a new part for my defective can. I can't wait to test it hoping it will solve the problem... Thank you to the team of Artists and I recommend adopting their products which are very useful in everyday life and very beautiful! Everyone asks me where my mug and can come from.

I took a thermos can. I love it, it fits very well in the bag and keeps the product fresh (haven't tried hot yet). Product received in 2 days. No unnecessary over-packaging.

Fast shipping and very nice design. I took two insulated bottles that keep well cool. Just on one of the bottles, the cap seems warped and it screws slightly at an angle.

I ordered a replacement cap for a 500ml bottle: it's great that we can change it. However, I am disappointed with the new 750ml bottle I bought, as I thought the "honeycomb" design was embossed. Instead, it is a print, like the others... In reality, the illusion is not great...

I bought a can for a gift, I have one for 2 years and I find it more practical than a bottle and very effective. Quick processing of orders is very appreciated.

I would have preferred to receive the one presented in the site description. In summary, I gave 3 stars because the insulated bottle Reference: A-4270 from Les Artistes de Paris is a high-quality product that perfectly fulfills its promises in terms of temperature retention and design. However, consumers should be aware of the difference between the actual cap and the one illustrated in the promotional images. Despite this small divergence, the bottle remains an excellent choice for everyday use.

defect on the can

Used by children... I just exchanged the cutlery before 12 months of buying the bottles.

The Dalí design of the product is perfect and super pretty, but the problem is the heat retention of the drink. For tea, water set at 100 degrees is just lukewarm 2.5 hours later. For a tea lover and the need for a good break to get back to work, it's disappointing.

I bought a bottle in September, unfortunately the paint came off little by little. I contacted customer service and they sent me a bottle for free. Thank you for your commercial gesture

I ordered a cap on 4-03, I'm still waiting to be delivered, no update message on my order.

I am very satisfied with the can I bought because I find it much more practical than a bottle. But I am also a bit disappointed because this can only keeps water hot for 5 hours instead of 7 or 8 for a bottle. That's why I only gave 4 stars.

I received the parts quickly. However, the shipping cost is high.

I was not notified of the availability of my package at the Relay point and I did not receive the pickup code. I emailed to find out where my package was so I could pick it up on time. The product itself (280ml bottle) meets my expectations perfectly, I particularly appreciate the small capacity, so the small size of the bottle.

My first purchase from Les Artistes was a can-shaped bottle for my son. After borrowing it from him, I bought one for myself! The can shape is great, it really keeps things cold and it's very easy to drink from. I am a tea lover and wanted a travel mug for work; in terms of keeping warm, it's perfect, I put my hot tea in at 7:30 and I still drink it hot at 1 PM. However, I find that the flow is not great, sometimes the liquid doesn't come out, and if I tilt the mug more, it spills too quickly and overflows. Either I don't have the technique, or there's a defect, but I don't necessarily recommend the mug format. I think my next purchase will again be the can format. I will also test the lunchbox for my son who doesn't like to eat cold and for whom we always struggle when organizing a picnic or for school outings. If the heat retention is like the mug, the product will be great!

Delivered product as described. Very good quality. Nothing to complain about. Just a pity that the patterns are not available on all models.

In testing... a first to see...

The grip caps of 2 of the 3 bottles purchased about 2 or 3 years ago are leaking. The 3rd will probably follow the same path, so I am ordering 3 other 100% stainless steel caps to continue using the bottles. I hope the new ones will last longer. Note that the bottles do not keep drinks hot for the announced 12 hours. Otherwise, they are beautiful, the narrow neck allows drinking from the bottle, and I really appreciate your environmental commitment.

I was gifted the Bottle'UP 750ml in Indigo (Timeless) with a cap several weeks ago and I use it daily since (previously I used a 500ml insulated bottle of lesser quality). This blue-purple color is beautiful and the overall design is very nice. There is a lot of choice and apparently a renewal of colors, which is great. A crystal (or split) version in indigo would be appreciated. The reusable bottle is insulated so there is no condensation or cold/hot bottle to the touch even if the drink is. It keeps the cold well (I have never tried putting hot drinks in it as I don't drink them) and currently it does not leak and I see no rust. It is difficult to fill (especially completely if you have to hold it with one hand as it is large, heavy, without grip, but with a small neck). 75cl is the perfect capacity for me (no need for more) but once filled it is really heavy so care must be taken as if it falls it could surely get damaged and damage flooring for example. I saw pouches/bags that could improve maneuverability on the site but none seem to be compatible with the Bottle'UP 750ml. You have to unscrew the cap (then hold/place it) each time to drink (and the stainless steel is a bit noisy). But the grip cap (and its compact shape) is very practical: easy to hold and open. Being able to buy the cap alone is great if you need to replace yours (even if I hope not to have to do it and you have to be careful to take the right compatible cap). However, it is a pity that there is no choice/option for interchangeability as I would have liked other types of watertight grip caps (or compatible accessories in general) like a magnetic cap that sticks to the bottle wall and/or is attached and/or sporty and/or with a mobile handle and/or especially with an integrated boba straw (like on their cans so you don't need to tilt the bottle, which is more practical especially in the car) for my Bottle'UP 750ml. The design of the offered products is really nice and beautiful. Quality products that encourage limiting the consumption of non-recyclable materials. A company committed beyond the products it offers: it finances associations that work for the protection of the oceans (vital funding for the 1% for the planet initiative). However, the website could be improved a bit regarding the technical characteristics of the products, which are somewhat lacking. The customer service is responsive to answer questions.
