I was gifted the Bottle'UP 750ml in Indigo (Timeless) with a cap several weeks ago and I use it daily since (previously I used a 500ml insulated bottle of lesser quality). This blue-purple color is beautiful and the overall design is very nice. There is a lot of choice and apparently a renewal of colors, which is great. A crystal (or split) version in indigo would be appreciated. The reusable bottle is insulated so there is no condensation or cold/hot bottle to the touch even if the drink is. It keeps the cold well (I have never tried putting hot drinks in it as I don't drink them) and currently it does not leak and I see no rust. It is difficult to fill (especially completely if you have to hold it with one hand as it is large, heavy, without grip, but with a small neck). 75cl is the perfect capacity for me (no need for more) but once filled it is really heavy so care must be taken as if it falls it could surely get damaged and damage flooring for example. I saw pouches/bags that could improve maneuverability on the site but none seem to be compatible with the Bottle'UP 750ml. You have to unscrew the cap (then hold/place it) each time to drink (and the stainless steel is a bit noisy). But the grip cap (and its compact shape) is very practical: easy to hold and open. Being able to buy the cap alone is great if you need to replace yours (even if I hope not to have to do it and you have to be careful to take the right compatible cap). However, it is a pity that there is no choice/option for interchangeability as I would have liked other types of watertight grip caps (or compatible accessories in general) like a magnetic cap that sticks to the bottle wall and/or is attached and/or sporty and/or with a mobile handle and/or especially with an integrated boba straw (like on their cans so you don't need to tilt the bottle, which is more practical especially in the car) for my Bottle'UP 750ml. The printing is not perfect

The design of the offered products is really nice and beautiful. Quality products that encourage limiting the consumption of non-recyclable materials. A company committed beyond the products it offers: it finances associations that work for the protection of the oceans (vital funding for the 1% for the planet initiative). However, the website could be improved a bit regarding the technical characteristics of the products, which are somewhat lacking. The customer service is responsive to answer questions.

The site is well made but the color of the quantities is too weak, you can't see well, it's gray instead of black and it's a dull gray so you can't see the numbers well.

Beautiful design, fast delivery, quality bottle. Small downside on the print which has defects at the neck.

The received bottle is very pretty and my son likes it a lot, I am just disappointed with its origin. I came to the site 'Les artistes de Paris' looking for 'French bottles' and upon receipt, despite the tricolor flag on the kraft label, it is indicated in small 'made in RPC'. Really a shame when trying to be mindful of consumption. I will not order again. Too bad.

Nice bottle, effective hot and cold for a long time but the first one started leaking from the cap. Since I find them beautiful, I bought a second one which also leaks. The cap is not airtight. Too bad

I bought an insulated bottle with strawberry patterns. The shipping was relatively fast, the product seems to be of good quality but has several printing defects. An email was sent to customer service to request a refund and the return of a correct product 2 days ago... I am waiting for their response.

The finishes of the designs are not nice at all

I ordered a second bottle after being disappointed with the quality of the design on the first one. The customer service was impeccable and very pleasant in assisting with my refund. However, the second bottle received also had defects, although less visible.

Superb bottle, perfect delivery. But the bottle makes an air noise when you sip the water, unfortunate for the price of the product.

Very satisfied with the delivery and packaging of the new products. But after one day of using the bottle and the lunch box that I had placed in my bag side by side, I see that the bottle is scratched due to the friction of the metal lid of the lunch box... the paint has come off!

Great, as a thermos that acts like a can, I really like it, very practical for work or others and keeps things hot well and fast delivery.

The fragility of the cap (cracked after 1 month of use) introduces a notion of obsolescence incompatible with the eco-responsible will (so I bought 2 more, imposed consumerism). Delighted with the ecological packaging but disappointed +++ that it contains two A4 sheets of hyper-polluting stickers beyond their uselessness. So still 4/5, but a big reflection to have to evolve towards the 'green' that you display.

Hello, I bought 2 500ml bottles in July 2022. Very happy but now my caps are spinning in place. I don't understand. Can you help me?

Fast order, the bottle corresponds perfectly to my expectations but it's a shame that one of the 2 straws was cracked. But it doesn't hinder its use at all.

I am a bit disappointed with the quality. Quite a few small defects in the paint and a small dent on the cup.

I received a Les Artistes bottle for the holidays 2022. I use it every day at work (I am a nurse) and I am delighted. I even convinced some colleagues to buy it for the quality. I only use it for cold water and I find it very effective at keeping it cool. However, I am a bit disappointed with the cap with a plastic interior that broke when it fell. I still remain loyal and bought a cap on the site. Regarding the delivery, I find the packaging of the parcel disproportionate to deliver a cap and a piece of charcoal. I continue to recommend this brand!

One could say that everything went wrong and at the same time very well. I did not receive the correct order nor the correct 'return slip', however the customer service was quick and efficient in resolving each problem.

Fast delivery. I know the insulated bottle and appreciate its quality. I bought it this time as a gift. As for the charcoal stick: to be tested. However, the site advertised a tea filter as a gift with the purchase of a bottle. And it was not in the package.

Delivery times were respected, well packaged, perfect. A bit surprised that the appearance of the bottle does not quite match the photo on the internet which looks like a textured surface.

It is quite easy to connect to the shopping site even if you are not comfortable with computers like me. My granddaughter had spotted this site and sent me the link. I found what she wanted quite easily and received the package three days later, well packaged. Christmas gift ready to be placed under the tree!

Too bad Intersport Villeurbanne was not referenced on your site as a retailer, I would have saved €5.50 on shipping costs.

Very satisfactory product. Delivery problem with Chronopost, deadlines not respected, made me lose a day waiting for them. More and more problems with Chronopost.

Very very disappointed with customer service! I wrote on June 24 because my country, Switzerland, did not exist. I received a response a month later (!) to tell me that I should use Sweden, so Sweden... uh no, I live in Switzerland, so Switzerland! And then I wait again for them to tell me to wait for them to correct it, and tonight, zero response...

I already knew your products, having already a 500ML bottle for which I wanted to change the cap. I am very satisfied. I just regret the amount of waste due to packaging. Do you think you can reduce the size of the box?

The product was this time the right size. It's a shame not to offer delivery to pickup points to reduce shipping costs. Finally, the dimensions of the bottle are mentioned when choosing a replacement cap. Overall happy with the experience.

Very nice quality item, the bottle keeps things cool as indicated. I haven't tried it with hot liquids yet but I think it will work as indicated. I noticed that the bottle leaks at the cap when it is lying down, I don't know if this is normal but it can be annoying if it spills in a bag or elsewhere. That's why I don't give it the best rating.

Half satisfied with my purchase, it's not the first time I've ordered from the artists (4th time). One of the bottles is very good but the other has defects... For now a week and a half, I've been trying to contact customer service and it's impossible to reach them, 0 response... Customer service needs to be reviewed.
