I was not notified of the availability of my package at the Relay point and I did not receive the pickup code. I emailed to find out where my package was so I could pick it up on time. The grip caps of 2 of the 3 bottles purchased about 2 or 3 years ago are leaking. The 3rd will probably follow the same path, so I am ordering 3 other 100% stainless steel caps to continue using the bottles. I hope the new ones will last longer. Note that the bottles do not keep drinks hot for the announced 12 hours. Otherwise, they are beautiful, the narrow neck allows drinking from the bottle, and I really appreciate your environmental commitment.
