On the service side, nothing to report. Ordered on June 3, received on June 5. On the product side, it does not live up to its promises if you want to use it for hot items. A little personal experience, lunchbox filled halfway with hot water at 62°C (very acceptable if it were a hot dish), temperature at 37°C 5 hours after filling, I wouldn't call that keeping warm. Also, some imperfections at the welds at the bottom of the lunchbox.

The best water bottle of all time according to my experiences, I bought mine 5 years ago in 75cl and now I ordered 3 for my family in 50cl. 24 hours of fresh water is no joke. Another very important thing: this bottle does not have an unpleasant smell if you forget the water inside. That's my honest opinion. Thank you artists for this product.

Hello, Between the lost and damaged bottles due to significant falls, I am on my 8th Les Artistes Paris bottle in the family. The first 50cl ones, I bought in sports equipment stores and online about 5 years ago. The two I have left, due to tightening the caps, are practically no longer leak-proof and the black rubber is very damaged. But I confirm, your bottles are of very good quality.
